Hi, I have a problem with my scipy/0.7.0 failing its built in tests. It was built against numpy/1.3.0rc1 and acml/3.6.1-13, blas/CBLAS/netlib-20030223-15, and fftw/3.1.2-07/lib.

I have narrowed it down to the following, it seems some single-precision tests are failing:

>>> from scipy.lib.blas import cblas
>>> from numpy.testing import *
>>> from scipy.lib.blas import fblas
>>> fblas.sasum([3,-4,5])    # Expected value = 12
0.0
>>> fblas.dasum([3,-4,5])
12.0
>>> fblas.sdot([3,-4,5],[2,5,1])  # Expected value = -9
0.0
>>> fblas.ddot([3,-4,5],[2,5,1])
-9.0
>>>

Has anyone else seen this or can give any advice?

Thanks,
Federico
