[SciPy-User] Problems installing Scipy on Snow Leopard

Try

      python setup.py build

The reason I'm suggesting not using the environment variables is because under
CentOS 5 and Fedora 9 I couldn't install Scipy when the LDFLAGS was set under
either Python 2.5 or Python 2.6.

And the web page indicates that under MacOS you "may" have to set the
environment
variables - it's possible you "may" not have to set them.

Also, you might want to post the version of Numpy  being used since the last
error indicates a potential problem with Numpy (although the message might be a
Red Herring.)
