Latest scipy requires a more recent numpy, 1.5.1 or 1.6.x. Or you can try
to find a scipy rpm which matches your numpy version.

As for your error below, you should first check that numpy is installed
correctly and that Python knows where to find it:
$ python -c "import numpy; numpy.test('full')"
