This is stupid (of me) but I can't figure out how to add a bug ticket
on launchpad. I don't see anything at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/~ipython/ => Overview or Bugs that looks
like a way to submit a bug... can someone who's gotten more than 4
hours of sleep today help me?
