[Numpy-discussion] Installing numpy on py 3.1.2 , osx

Hi Vincent,

I'm not really sure -- now the build is using the 10.4 SDK but still  
not finding the right headers.

Could you check to see that the following file exists:

If it does, then I'm really not sure what's going on.
