[SciPy-dev] Problem with CVS co

Rebooting 'fixed' it--you'd think it was a windows box.  I'm not sure if
it's worth it to upgrade CVS or just spend the time on the new box to get it
out more quickly (I'm probably two days away--that might be a couple more
reboots of the current box).
