I added:

   eig_banded --- Find the eigenvalues and vectors of a band matrix
   eigvals_banded --- Find the eigenvalues of a band matrix

BTW:. what is the convention here about the formatting?
eig_banded fits (same length as hessenberg),
but eigvals_banded is too long?
