I just tried to install a new python 3.3 on Windows 7

installers ran without problems
(aside: I also have the 32bit version of python installed in a
different directory from the 64 bit version)

numpy.test() ends without errors and failures

scipy.test(verbose=3) ends with a segfault at

Compare dsbevx eigenvalues and eigenvectors ...

I'm just a "consumer" of binaries, and have no idea.
