 I think r3012 fixes this. How it was determining the error in the power-
 series expansion (which it uses to compare with the asymptotic expansion
 to chose which result to use) was a bit wonky. I'm not surprised: from the
 comments in the hyperg.c file, it looks like it wasn't tested for negative
 z (!).
