 On ticket etiquette: You can set Severity to whatever you feel it is; it's
 all a subjective judgement anyways. Just try to think in terms of the
 scipy project rather than the work you are using it for. "blocker" is kind
 of separate rather than just a level of Severity higher than "critical;"
 it means that the bug is preventing the completion of another ticket, like
 a release. If a developer changes the Severity, don't start an edit war by
 changing it back. :-)

 You should probably leave Priority alone unless if you are going to work
 on the ticket yourself. The Priority is a tool for the developers to
 organize their workload, so it depends on factors that you can't be aware
 of. The Priority isn't an intrinsic property of bug like the Severity is.
