svn co http://svn.scipy.org/svn/scipy_core/trunk core
cd core
rm -rf build
python setup.py install

svn co http://svn.scipy.org/svn/scipy/trunk scipy
cd ../scipy
rm -rf build
python setup.py install

Removing old scipy installation tree before executing the above commands 
is recommended.
