I've got an array A[y,x] from witch I want to slice a window size =
(b,a) with the current pixel (y,x) as origin. Just like it's done in
many of the filters of scipy.ndimage.filters. But I can't get to the

Just slicing a window out of the array is not the problem, but for the
boundaries I'm a bit lost in way too much for-loops.
