[SciPy-user] [OpenOpt] lb issue

I'm trying scipy_lbfgsb because ALGENCAN requires extra libraries,
which is not desirable in my case. I hope not to incur in noise
instabilities which I know are handled well only by "ralg".

If you can improve ralg in near future I'll be very happy :)
