[SciPy-User] Sum of squared errors in leastsq
Fri Jun 29 10:36:01 CDT 2012
Dear Scipy users,
I am trying to fit some data to different models with curve_fit. Does
curve_fit or leastsq to return the sum of the squared errors or should I
compute it manually*?
Thanks a lot in advance!
val = np.array([mymodel(i, param) for i in xdata]-np.array(ydata))
